Microsoft OLAP & Data Warehousing
Operational systems describe individual transactions well, but rarely agree on customers, products, time periods or business definitions. Reporting becomes slow and teams produce conflicting versions of the same KPI.
The engineering approach
The service covers source analysis, ETL or ELT orchestration, dimensional modelling, historical change management and data-quality controls. Microsoft SQL Server provides the governed warehouse; SSAS Tabular or multidimensional models publish reusable measures, hierarchies, security rules and calculation logic to Power BI, Excel and other consumers.
