Selected project / EEL — Estonian Performers Association
From broadcast usage to accountable performer payments.
The EEL platform connects media usage reports, recordings, performers, mandates, international claims, distribution rules and payment records in one traceable system.
01 / The challenge
EEL — Estonian Performers Association
A payment is only as reliable as the rights data behind it. Usage files, recording titles, artist names, identifiers, roles and society records must be resolved before remuneration can be allocated.
The engineering approach
The system imports media playlists, normalises repertoire data, matches recordings and performer participation, validates mandates and maintains the connection from each usage record through allocation to the resulting payment line. IPD and SDEG workflows support exchange with other performer-rights societies.
