  • Providing and coordinating recruitment
  • Creating and embedding robust HR processes

  • Acting as a trusted advisory
  • Compensation guidance
  • Employee relationships
  • Continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness of the HR services
  • Day to day HR operations, e.g. employee lifecycles, enrolment, leaving, payrolls
  • Employee motivation and satisfaction monitoring
